Are you passionate about content and have a deep understanding of the iGaming industry and a knack for SEO? We’re looking for a talented Finnish-speaking Content Manager to join our team and help us enhance our online content.

The Role
As a Content Manager, you will both create and write people-first content while ensuring general coherence and optimal structure across our entire site. As part of a small, experienced team you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience through engaging, informative and Search Engine-optimized content.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including articles, reviews and guides related to the iGaming industry, games, strategies, and trends.
Optimizing on-page elements, including headings, content, images, videos, and metadata to satisfy Google’s best practices.
Managing content from freelancers, including proofreading, quality checks, and fact-checking to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Conducting keyword analysis and developing content plans to ensure relevance and visibility.
Who You Are:
We are seeking a dedicated colleague who not only enjoys responsibility but also wants to be part of a team striving for the same goals. To thrive in this role, we imagine that you possess the following qualifications:
Fluent in Finnish with exceptional writing and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge about the iGaming industry, including market trends, game types and regulations.
Strong grasp of SEO principles and best practices, with a focus on content optimization.
Previous experience in content optimization and improvement, with a proven track record of success.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently and work independently.

As the Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the team of 4 employees, while aligning operational tasks with company strategy. Your role will focus on challenging and refining our commercial efforts, driving data-driven decisions across all departments, and fostering a collaborative, innovative team culture. You will have a pivotal role in leading Traffic Lab strategy toward becoming a better commercially data-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead the Business Intelligence & Analytics team including task coordination and development of the employees
- Department framework and strategy (Drive business growth by leading company strategy across various projects.)
- Empower and equip the broader organization to create value with BI and cultivate a data-driven mindset across departments
- Deepen understanding of the iGaming sector and how data can fuel strategic decisions
- Provide input on operational learnings and challenges
- Oversee the development of data models and databases to support BI initiatives
Who You Are:
We are seeking a candidate with a passion for creating value and support the organization through data analysis and communication in applying a data-driven approach on strategic decisions. You are a natural leader, collaborative, analytical and energetic. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to taking our Business Intelligence & Analytics team to the next level by challenging the status quo.
Required skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience from similar position
- Experience within the iGaming sector is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Proficient in Power BI and SQL and other BI tools such as Python
- A relevant educational background
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
